Rudra Real Estate

Our office is situated in Warora, which is in the Chandrapur district. We are specifically located at Plot No. J-4 in Padmalaya Nagar. This is part of the Akarjuna area. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which is actually nice for doing business. Rudra Real Estate has been here for a while. We don't have a large staff or a fancy building. It is just a small office on the plot where we meet people and talk about land and houses. Warora is a place where everyone kind of knows each other. We spend a lot of time out in the field looking at properties, but this is where we do all the paperwork. The office itself is quite plain. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't believe in using heavy sales tactics or marketing talk. We just tell people the facts about the plots we are dealing with. It’s an honest way to work. Sometimes the weather in Chandrapur gets extremely hot, so we do most of our meetings in the early morning or late evening. Being at J-4 in Padmalaya Nagar has been good for us. We feel like part of the community here. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through our door. It is a simple, local business run by people who live right here.
