Rohit Ferro Tech Ltd is out here in Nagpur, specifically at Sadanand Kushwaha's place over in Gondkhairy. We’ve been part of the Amravati Road area for a while now. It’s a busy spot near Wadi. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, but that's just Nagpur for you. We don't spend much time on big speeches or writing long reports. It is just about the daily tasks. We deal with the materials, handle the transport, and make sure the paperwork is mostly in order. Sadanand helps manage the site at the post office address. We have been here quite a bit and the neighbors know us. It’s basic, hard work. There isn’t much more to it than showing up and doing the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy. We have our routine and we stick to it every single day.
