Rohan Builders

We are located in Panchsheel Nagar, right behind the Buddha Vihar in the Binaki Lay-Out area of Nagpur. It is a local neighborhood and that is where we do most of our building work. We aren't one of those big firms from the city center with the fancy logos. We just build and fix things for the people who live around here. The crew is local, mostly guys who live on the nearby streets. We handle small house builds, adding extra rooms, or fixing up old boundary walls that are falling down. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually start very early in the morning and take a long break in the afternoon when the sun is too much. It is the only way to get anything done without burning out. Our office is just a small room where we keep the tools and some tile samples. We don't even have a fancy sign, just a small hand-painted one near the gate. People usually just walk in because they saw us working on another house down the road and liked what they saw. We try to keep things very simple for everyone. No complicated contracts or corporate talk. We tell you what it costs for the materials and the labor, and then we just get to work. Sometimes the heavy rain in the monsoon season slows us down, but we always catch up eventually. It is steady work. We have been in Binaki for years and know the ground here very well. It is a good place.
