R.K.Madhani&Co is located at Plot No 195 in the Lokseva Society in Nagpur. The building is named Rudrani. It’s a pretty standard residential area, making it a nice place to work from. We’ve been here for a long time, and the office feels more like a second home now. Stacks of files that go back years and old wooden furniture fill the rooms. Nagpur is famous for its heat. During the summer months, we basically live in front of the coolers. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily operations. Much of our time is spent talking to clients on the phone or sitting around the big table. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow formal protocols. If someone has a question, they just ask. We’ve watched the society grow and change around us as new houses were built. Being part of the community here is something we enjoy. Sometimes we take a break and go for a walk around the block just to clear our heads. The work stays steady, and we like it that way. Growing so big that we lose the personal touch isn't the goal. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day. Our clients usually find us through the society's network or by seeing the name Rudrani on the gate. We take pride in the fact that we've stayed right here on Plot 195 all these years.
