We just do the work that needs to be done and don't worry too much about the rest. Sometimes we are out visiting people and other times we are just sitting at our desks filing papers and making calls. It isn't the most exciting work in the world, but it is important to us. We keep things very casual in the office. No one wears suits and there aren't any formal meetings. We just talk about what needs to happen over a cup of tea. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We have been at this address for a while and have no plans to move. It suits us just fine.
