Reply Consulting Llp is based out of 1163, Shinde Building, right on Central Avenue Road. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside the window. The building itself has been around for quite a while, and you can feel that history when you walk in. We chose this place because it’s central and people know where it is, even if the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. Inside our space, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. The work we do involves a lot of reading and talking things through, so we mostly need a quiet corner and decent tea. There is a tea stall just outside the Shinde Building that we visit way too often. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and files because that’s just how we work. We don’t try to look like a big firm from a movie. We are just a local consulting outfit trying to do right by the people who hire us. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with work, but we stay until the job is done. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We like the grit of Central Avenue Road and the way this building feels like it belongs to the neighborhood.
