Our office is situated at 22, Netaji Apartment Housing Society on Katol Road in Nagpur. We are quite close to Friends Colony, which is a nice landmark for people who aren't familiar with this part of the city. Being a unit of the Reliance Logistics group means we have some structure, but here in the Nagpur office, it feels much more like a small local team. The weather here can be extremely hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our work. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to the people on the road. It is a lot of coordination and making sure that nothing gets left behind. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just tell it like it is and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the trucks are late or the paperwork is messy, and we just have to sit down and sort it out. That is just the nature of the work in Maharashtra. We have been in this apartment society for a while now, and the neighbors are used to us being here. It’s a quiet enough spot but we stay busy from morning until evening. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be reliable people.
