Reliance Logistics Pvt Ltd is based out of Laxman Appartments in the Wahle Layout, over on Khargaon Road in Wadi, Nagpur. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We use this space to manage all our transport and logistics stuff. Nagpur is a big hub for this kind of work, so there is always something to do. The office is located in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big warehouse. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and checking on where shipments have reached. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just try to fix it and move on. We don't use any fancy talk about our vision or stuff like that. We just want to make sure the trucks are moving and the goods are safe. We know the Khargaon Road area well, and we’ve been here long enough that people know who we are. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. We just show up, do the paperwork, talk to the transporters, and go home. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't feel the need to be flashy or polished. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things organized in a way that works for us and the people we work with every day in Nagpur.
