Our business, Red Carrot Advertisement Llp, is run out of a place in Yashodhara Nagar. We are located at P No 256/21, care of Shri Deodas Waghmare. It’s a bit of a residential setup, which keeps things feeling very local and personal. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a handful of us working on advertisements and trying to get things right for the people we work with. The office is basically a room with some computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Yashodhara Nagar is a quiet enough area, which is good when we need to concentrate on a design or a bit of writing. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some packets of tea. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails back and forth. It’s the kind of work that takes a lot of patience, and we try to stay focused. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're busy, and before we know it, it's dark outside and we realize we should have gone home hours ago. We don't put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll see us in our regular clothes just doing the work. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’re glad to be doing it here. We've been at this address for a while now and it works for us.
