Raneshwar Dhayal & Sons (Rds)

We have been operating out of 383, New Subhedar Lay-Out in Nagpur for quite a while now. Raneshwar Dhayal & Sons, or RDS as most folks around here call us, is really just a family-run setup. It is not some big, fancy company with polished hallways and people in suits. We are just local people who show up every morning to get through the day's tasks. My sons are involved in the daily running of things, so it really is a family affair through and through. Living and working in the Nagpur-24 area means we know the pace of the neighborhood and our neighbors know us. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. Our office is a bit crowded with paperwork and folders, but that is just because we are actually doing the work. Some days the phone does not stop ringing and other days we are just quietly catching up on everything. We try to keep things as simple as we can. If you walk into our place, you will see it is a practical workspace, not a showroom. We deal with whatever comes our way in an honest way. People know where to find us and they know what to expect. We have been doing this for years and we do not really see ourselves changing much. We just want to do a decent job every day and keep the family name in good standing.
