We are located on the second floor of the B J Buty Building, which is an old structure in the Sitabuldi area of Nagpur. Being right above the Maratha Mandir and looking out over Jhasi Rani Square means there is always something happening outside our windows. Sitabuldi is such a crowded and energetic place to work in, especially with all the shoppers and the traffic at the square. Our office has that old-school feel you find in these historic buildings. The ceilings are high, and the floors are worn from years of people walking in and out. We have been here for a long time, and the 440012 area feels like home. It can get very noisy with the buses and the shouting from the market below, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a modern lobby or a polished reception area. It’s just a workspace with old desks and stacks of papers that seem to grow every month. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the building feel a bit damp, but we just keep working. We see a lot of different people because of our location near the main square. Most of them are just local business owners or residents who need some help with their records. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate; we just do our job and go home when the market starts to close up for the night.
