We are located at Block No 12 on the 1st floor of Vali Manzil. The building is near Gaddigodam Square in the Mohan Nagar area. It’s right on Kamptee Road, which is one of the main veins of Nagpur. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs, though the stairs themselves are a bit narrow and steep. The office isn't very large, but we've managed to fit everything we need into the space. There are desks for the staff and a small area where we can sit and talk. Since we are near the square, the sound of the traffic is constant. You get used to the buses and rickshaws going by at all hours. The light in the afternoon comes in through the side windows and makes it pretty bright, sometimes a bit too bright. We usually have the radio on low or just talk among ourselves while we work. It’s a basic setup in an older building. We don’t have fancy carpets or designer lights. Most of our day is spent at the computers or on the phone dealing with people. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day doing our work without any fuss or bother. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
