Project Coordinator, Site

I’m the project coordinator out here at the site in Ballarshah. Specifically, we are based in Block No. 9 over at Data Bhai Potteries. It’s an interesting spot with Ashish Chowdhary. The area has a lot of history with the pottery works, which you can still see around. My job is mostly making sure the site work stays on track and people have what they need to do their jobs. It’s not a desk job in a shiny building. We spend a lot of time outside or in the temporary office space. Ballarshah is a place where you just get on with things. The weather can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s part of the deal. We handle the coordination from right here where the action is. It’s better being close to the actual work instead of tucked away somewhere else. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty or loud because of the nearby activities, but you stop noticing it after a week. My routine is pretty much the same every day, checking on progress and talking to the crews. We don’t really do fancy meetings. It’s more about quick chats and solving problems as they pop up. If you are looking for Block 9, it’s right there in the Potteries area. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s hard work but it feels good to see the progress. I usually head home once the shift change happens and the site quietens down for the night.
