Projcon - Incontext Engineering And Management Advisors Llp operates out of Plot 19 in the Uroovela Cooperative Housing Society. It's a quiet enough spot in Ward 75. Most days here are just about getting through the engineering and management tasks people send our way. We aren't a big firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just us working at our desks, talking through project details, and making sure the numbers add up. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just a small team in a residential area. People sometimes get lost looking for the specific plot number, but we’ve been here a while. We handle advisory work, mostly focusing on the practical side of engineering. It isn’t always exciting, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood is mostly families, so things stay pretty calm during the day. We try to keep our paperwork organized and our clients updated, though sometimes the phones ring more than we expect. There’s no fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some files stacked up. We’ve found that being tucked away in Uroovela helps us actually focus on the management side of things without the noise of the main road. It works for us.
