You can find us at the Akkar Building in Byramji Town, Nagpur. We’re in the Chitnavis Layout area, which is a fairly well-known part of town. Our office at number 24/10 is where we handle all the logistics planning. It’s mostly just a few rooms with a lot of phones and computers. We don't have a big lobby or any corporate art on the walls. It’s a functional space for people who spend most of their day talking to warehouse managers and truck drivers. Logistics in Nagpur is interesting because we’re right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to figure out why a truck is running late. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the wheels turning. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a few years, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just show up, check the logs, and start making calls. The building itself is older, and the elevator is a bit temperamental, so we usually just take the stairs. We don't do much in the way of promotion; we just focus on the work that’s right in front of us. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. No one is trying to be a hero; we just want things delivered.
