Pragathi Bearing Co. is located over on Central Avenue Road, right near Agrasen Square. If you know Plot No.73, that is us. It is a busy part of town and there is always traffic moving past the door. Inside, the shelves are pretty much packed with bearings of all sizes. It can get a bit dusty with all the metal around, but that is expected in this line of work. We spend a lot of our time looking through catalogs or checking the stock for specific sizes that people ask for. It is not the kind of place you come for a fancy experience. It is mostly just shelves, boxes, and the sound of the road outside. We have been at this location for a bit, and we know most of the regulars who stop by from the nearby workshops. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for because there are so many different types of bearings. We do not use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is just knowing where we put things last. The area around Central Avenue can be quite hectic during the middle of the day. We usually just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a part in their hand needing a replacement. It is straightforward work and we like it that way. Most days are just about matching the right part to the right machine.
