Pix Transmission

The gate at J-7 Hingna Midc is where most of us start the morning. Pix Transmission is right there in the middle of all the industrial noise. You can hear the machines from other units hum through the walls. Inside, it smells like metal and a bit of grease. That is just how a place in Hingna Midc is supposed to be. We have been in this spot for a while now. The floors are concrete and have some stains from over the years. We keep the tools in the back and the parts ready on the racks. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the metal roof. We usually keep the fans running full blast. Nobody wears suits here. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of dirt on. The trucks come and go from the J-7 area all day long. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a fair amount of time sweeping. It is hard work, but it feels good to stay busy. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on whatever crate is empty. There is a small tea stall just down the road where someone usually goes to grab a tray of cups. It is a steady rhythm of work and more work. Nothing fancy, just a regular day. We handle the gears and the parts without making much of a fuss. The work gets done because it has to, and that is what matters to the people here.
