We are Phoenix Luminaries Pvt. Ltd. and our office is on the 3rd floor of Arora Bhawan. That’s at number 13 on C. A. Road in Nagpur. C.A. Road is usually packed with cars and people, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We deal with luminaries and lighting stuff, so there are always bulbs and fixtures lying around the place. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters; it’s just a few rooms where we manage our business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our stock. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, and the top floors of these buildings can really soak up the heat. We have some old files and samples taking up space in the corners. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't put on airs here. If someone comes by, they’ll probably see us mid-work or having a quick tea break. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We’ve been operating out of Arora Bhawan for a while now and we like the central location for getting around the city. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of things as best we can throughout the week.
