Pcc-Terna International Bahrain

Pcc-Terna International Bahrain is the name on the door, but we are actually out here in Rahulwanjari, which is part of Dhotra Mohadi near Nagpur. It is quite a rural spot, far away from the big city lights. The mail comes through the post office at Kharsoli. It might seem strange for an international-sounding company to be in a small village in the Narkhed Taluka, but this is where we are based. The surroundings are mostly fields and open space. Working here is much different than being in a city office. It is quiet, and you can hear the birds and the wind instead of traffic. We handle our business from here, mostly through phone calls and the internet when the connection is stable. The people in the village know us, and it is a tight-knit community. We don't have a shiny glass building. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we have to wait it out, but that is part of life here. Our work involves a lot of coordination, and being in a quiet place like Dhotra Mohadi actually helps us focus. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving forward as best as we can every day. There is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, but it gets handled.
