Our Delhi office is located at 42 B on the fourth floor of Satya Niketan. It’s right across from Venkateswara College, so the area is always full of students and a lot of energy. Being on the fourth floor means we have to deal with the stairs or the small elevator, but once you are inside, it’s a focused place to work. We have been here at this Satya Niketan address for quite some time now. The office is often buzzing with people coming in and out, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We have a landline, 011-24121917, that rings pretty much all day with calls from vendors and site supervisors. The desks are usually covered in messy notes and site photos. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on branding or making the office look like a showroom. We use our resources for the actual construction and infrastructure work instead. It’s a practical workspace where we solve problems and plan out the logistics for our various contracts. Working near the college means there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, which is great because we often work through lunch. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job and keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of New Delhi.
