Pawanputra Nidhi Limited

Pawanputra Nidhi Limited is based right here in Nagpur at the Kirti Apartment. We are in unit F-206, which is part of the No.2 building. If you are familiar with the area, we are practically right next to the Nandanwan Bus Stop. It’s a very busy spot with buses coming and going at all hours. You can hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling from our windows. It gives the office a bit of energy, I suppose. Being in F-206 means we are on the second floor. It’s a standard Nagpur apartment block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve got our desks pushed against the walls and a few benches for people to sit on if they’re waiting. We keep things very plain. There are no fancy decorations or corporate posters here. We just have our calendars and some clocks on the wall. Nandanwan is a good neighborhood to be in because there is always something happening. The walk from the bus stop to our door is only a minute or two. We like the convenience of it. Most of us take the bus ourselves, so it works out well. The heat in Maharashtra can be a lot, but the apartment stays shaded for part of the afternoon. We just stay busy with our logs and ledgers. It’s a practical space for practical work, and we don't ask for much more.
