Paramount Conductors Ltd. is at No. 32 in the M. I. D. C. Industrial Area. We operate a factory where we produce various types of electrical conductors. It’s a large, open space with high ceilings and the constant sound of heavy machinery. The floor is concrete and often has marks from where we move the big spools of wire. We aren't a new company; we’ve been working out of this M. I. D. C. spot for decades. The building shows its age a bit, but the equipment inside is what matters. We have a solid crew of workers who know how to handle the metal and the drawing process. It’s a hot and noisy environment, especially when all the lines are running at once. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll likely walk right into the middle of the production floor. We make parts that go into bigger projects, so we spend a lot of time checking gauges and measurements to make sure things are right. We don't do any flashy advertising. Our reputation in the industrial area is mostly just from being here every day and doing the work. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the whole place goes quiet while we scramble for parts, but that's just part of manufacturing. It’s a straightforward, practical business.
