The space is often filled with the sound of technicians discussing repairs or planning their routes for the day. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s more about the work we do out in the field. Elevators can be temperamental, so we’re always on call to fix things. We keep a lot of spare parts and grease-stained manuals around. It’s a very hands-on environment. The team consists of local folks who understand the buildings and the people in Nagpur. We don’t try to sound like a huge multinational when we’re just sitting here in Belkhande Apts. We talk about the weather, the traffic, and which lifts are giving us trouble this week. It’s straightforward work. We show up, we do the maintenance, and we make sure everything is safe. It’s a bit dusty and crowded in the office sometimes, but that’s just part of being a busy local business.
