Ortho Relief Hospital & Research Centre

Ortho Relief Hospital & Research Centre is located in Dhantoli, right opposite the Ramkrishna Math. We have been in this spot for quite a long time now. The street outside is usually full of cars and people, which makes things a bit noisy during the day. Inside the building, things are a bit quieter, though the waiting room gets full on Monday mornings. We have the usual hospital setup with some older furniture and desks piled with files. The staff spends most of their time checking people in or helping patients get to the different rooms for their bone and joint issues. It is a busy place, and we don’t have much time for sitting around. Usually, there is a smell of cleaning supplies and the sound of people talking in the hallways. The doctors are often running from one room to another, especially when there are a lot of new cases. We have a research section as well, but most people are here for the hospital side of things. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we have a generator to keep things going. When we get a chance, someone usually brings in tea for the group. It is just a normal, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role. We see people from all walks of life who come in because they have hurt themselves or have trouble walking. It's a practical setup that has served this part of town for years without much fuss.
