We've been here for a long time, helping people with their travel plans. It’s a convenient spot for anyone coming off a train or heading to one. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space with some maps and calendars on the wall. We spend our days dealing with bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes car hires. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking schedules. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Most of our customers are just people passing through or locals who have used us for years. We just try to give them the information they need. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We know the railway schedules almost by heart now. It’s a steady job. We open early because that's when the first trains start coming in. There’s a lot of paper work involved in keeping everything organized. We aren't a big corporation, just a small team trying to keep things moving. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the bags and people coming in, but we like the energy of Station Road. We keep a spare bench for folks waiting.
