We have our setup over in Pawansut Nagar in Nagpur, at house number 2493/A/13. It’s a private company focused on agribusiness development, but that sounds more formal than it really is. Mostly, we are just a small team of people in Nagpur trying to help get agricultural projects off the ground. We work from a regular house in the neighborhood, so it’s a very local feel. You won't find any shiny elevators or receptionists in suits here. We spend our time looking at how to improve things for the farming community and dealing with the logistical side of the business. Nagpur is a busy place, and there’s always something happening in the markets. We try to keep up with all the changes, though it can be a bit much sometimes. Our days are filled with meetings, phone calls, and a fair amount of paper pushing. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary work. We don't go around making big promises; we just try to do our jobs and help where we can. People drop by when they need to talk about their agro plans or if they have a problem they think we can help with. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we like the practical side of the industry. It’s about getting things done and making sure the development part of the business actually happens in a way that makes sense for people.
