So we are out here on Sawargaon Road, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main part of Nagpur. It’s quiet in Mogra, mostly just fields and the sound of tractors now and then. We handle a lot of the agrotech side of things, dealing with seeds and whatever the farmers in Narkhed need for their crops. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out back checking the stock. The weather gets really hot here, so the afternoon slump is a real thing. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two and we just sit outside. My uncle started this and we’ve just kept it going. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We just know about farming and the stuff that makes things grow better in this soil. It’s a long day usually, starting early before the sun gets too high. We just try to get the orders right and help out the locals who’ve been coming to us for years and years.
