Our place is at 85 Wanjra Layout, which is part of the Pili Nadi Industrial Area out on Kamptee Road. Nitika Pharmaceuticals Specialities Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for quite a while now. The road leading into the layout can be quite rough, especially after the heavy rains when the puddles get deep. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by warehouses and big trucks all day long. Our building is a simple, functional structure that houses both our offices and the workspace. Inside, it is mostly about the specialized pharmaceutical products we handle. We have a small laboratory and a storage area for our materials. It isn't a fancy office by any means. It is just a place where we do the actual technical work. Many of our staff members live in the nearby layouts and have been with us for a long time. We usually eat our lunch together in a small room in the back. It gets very hot in the summer, so the air coolers are always running. We don’t do much in the way of advertising because most of our clients know us through the trade. It’s a very no-nonsense kind of environment. We focus on our batches and making sure the quality checks are done properly. There is a lot of talk about chemistry and production in the halls. We just keep our heads down.
