Our place is situated at 85 Wanjra Layout, which is right in that Pilli Nadi Industrial Area off Kamptee Road. It is a pretty active neighborhood. You have got a lot of different businesses all crammed together, so there is always noise and movement. We have been here for a while and we have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for the pharmaceutical work we do every day. We spend most of our time inside making sure things are handled the right way because mistakes aren't really an option in our line of work. It is a lot of staying on top of things and keeping the floor clean. The weather gets pretty intense in this part of the country, so we are always glad when the rainy season comes to cool things down a bit, even if it makes the roads messy. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and make sure everything is packed up and ready to go. The team here is mostly local people who live nearby, so we have a good connection with the community around Kamptee Road. It feels like a real workplace where people actually put in the effort. That is about it really.
