Nimgade & Associates

Our office is tucked into Ramjas Bhavan on Central Avenue. It’s Plot No.47, right besides the State Bank of Indore. Being next to a bank means there’s always people moving around, which we like. We’ve been operating Nimgade & Associates from this spot for some time. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well for the work we do. Most of our day is spent looking at documents or meeting people who want to buy or sell something. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and go through what’s on the table. Central Avenue is a good place to be because everyone knows how to find it. The building itself has some history to it. We try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for advice on a property matter. Sometimes things take longer than expected, especially with the legal side of things, but we just keep at it. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. We know the streets around here and what the houses are worth. It’s steady work. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth seems to do the job well enough. If you’re walking past the bank, you’ll see where we are. We just keep our heads down and do the job. We find that being honest about the market helps everyone in the long run.
