We’re over at Fortune Arcade in Nagpur, right at F-301 in the Narkesari area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days start with someone running out for chai while the rest of us try to get through the paperwork. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a regular office where we do our thing. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs which is good for the legs I guess. Our team is small, just a few people sitting around desks talking about what needs to get done next for the federation. We don't have big meetings with slides; we just talk over our desks. It’s practical. Nagpur weather gets really hot in the summer, so the AC is usually struggling to keep up with us. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps things moving. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of files and people on their phones. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a quiet kind of busy. There is always mail piling up and someone always forgets to refill the water cooler. That’s just how it goes here. We're part of the neighborhood, and we like being tucked away in Narkesari.
