Nice Tours And Travels is situated in the Sagar Building over on Bhandara Road. We are specifically in the Satranji Pura area, right opposite the Badi Masjid. It’s a very active part of Nagpur. You can hear the sounds from the street all day long while we work in the office. The office is straightforward, nothing fancy to look at, just a place for business. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and talking to drivers on our phones. People from the neighborhood know us well since we've been here for many years. If someone needs to go to a nearby village or needs a vehicle for a group, they usually walk across from the mosque or the market. It’s a bit crowded around here, especially on Fridays when everyone is out. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the roads work around here. Things can get a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once and three people are waiting. We just take it one customer at a time. It’s about getting the details right so nobody gets stuck somewhere they don't want to be. It’s a regular local business. We don't put up big ads or anything; people just know we're in the Sagar Building. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day.
