NGP URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is right in Jaripatka, specifically at Plot Number 24 in Sindhu Nagar. We are close to Bhim Chowk, which is a landmark most people in Nagpur know. The pin code is 440014. We run an urban Nidhi here. It's a pretty basic operation. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to manage the accounts and help members who come in. The street can be quite busy with traffic and people going about their day. Inside, we just have our desks and some benches for people to sit. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning running all day, but it’s where we do our business. We deal with savings and small loans, mainly for the local folks who live around Sindhu Nagar. People come in to check their balances or pay their installments. We know many of them by their faces. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We don’t use any complicated banking jargon. If someone has a question, we just explain it in plain Marathi or English. There's plenty of paperwork to handle every day. We just try to keep everything organized so there are no mistakes. It’s a steady job for us and it helps the people nearby. We don't have any big slogans. We just open the office and do what needs to be done. It's simple and it works for our small team.
