Our place is out in Wathoda Layout in Nagpur, over on Plot 57 in Vidya Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, which is actually nice because it’s not as congested. We have a decent amount of space here for the retail operations. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure the ventilation was okay. It’s a practical building, nothing too flashy. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily tasks, from checking inventory to dealing with the paperwork that seems to pile up every week. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s got a bit of a neighborhood feel. We often see the same faces passing by the gates every morning. Sometimes we have deliveries coming in early, so someone has to be here by 8 AM to open up. The road outside can get a bit dusty when it’s dry, but after the rains, everything turns surprisingly green for a bit. We don't spend much on decorating the office; we’d rather just have good chairs and enough light to see what we are doing. It’s a straightforward environment. We just focus on getting the retail side of things moving smoothly without making a big fuss about it. Usually, we wrap up around six and head home before the evening traffic gets too bad. It’s just how we run things here day to day.
