New Era Classes

Our classes are located over in the Residency Road Industrial Area in Sadar, Nagpur 01. It’s an interesting spot because you have all the industrial activity nearby, but we’re tucked in there for the students. Even though the address says Nagpur 01, we’re also linked to the 440008 area for some of our administration. The building is older and has that solid feel of the Sadar district. Inside, it’s mostly just classrooms with a lot of light coming through the windows during the day. We don't have air conditioning, but the high ceilings keep it from getting too stuffy. Students come from different parts of Nagpur to sit in these classes. It’s usually a mix of ages and subjects throughout the day. We spend most of our time at the front of the room with a piece of chalk or a marker. It’s not a corporate office environment at all. There are stacks of photocopied notes on the tables and bags piled up by the door. We just try to get through the material that the schools require. It’s a lot of reading and practicing problems. Sometimes the noise from the industrial area drifts in, but you get used to it after a week or so. We don't have a receptionist, so people just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very basic, functional place for learning. We just keep things simple and focus on the daily lessons here in Sadar.
