Neo Infraservices

We are located over at Plot 18 in Nagpur. Neo Infraservices is the name we have used for quite a bit of time. It is a simple spot for an office, nothing too fancy or modern. Nagpur is a growing city, and we see a lot of new activity around this area every day. We mostly deal with infrastructure-related services for our clients. This means we spend a huge amount of our time on the phone or out at various project sites. The office at Plot 18 is where we keep all the records and meet for a bit in the morning before heading out to work. It is a quiet place for the most part of the day. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of paper files stacked up. We don't use much fancy technology besides the very basics. For us, it is more about knowing the right people and making sure the job gets done on time. Sometimes the heavy rain slows us down, especially during the long monsoon season we get here. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there is ever a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it’s fixed. Most of us have lived here in Nagpur our whole lives. We like the city. It is not as crazy or loud as places like Mumbai. We just try to keep things moving forward.
