Neelam Medicals & Generals

Neelam Medicals & Generals is located in Nagpur City at a place called Rajeshree Palace. We are right by the Telephone Exchange Chowk, which is a landmark most people in this area know well. Our shop at H.No.229 handles both medicines and general items, so we see a wide variety of people every day. Some are looking for their regular prescriptions, while others just need a bottle of shampoo or some snacks. It is a busy intersection, and the sound of traffic is something we have gotten used to over the years. We keep the medicine cabinets locked and organized so we can find things quickly when someone brings in a slip from the doctor. The general side of the store is a bit more relaxed, with items displayed where people can see them. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have a large cooler to keep the drinks cold for our customers. We aren't a big chain store, just a local spot where people feel comfortable stopping by. The building, Rajeshree Palace, has its own character and we have been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. We spend a lot of time checking expiry dates and making sure everything is fresh. It is a lot of responsibility, especially with the medical side of things, but we take it one day at a time. The staff here is small, just a couple of us who know the layout of the drawers perfectly. It is a busy life.
