We are over here at Jathar Bhuvan in the Itwari area of Nagpur. If you know Sudam Road, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our office sits on the third floor. You have to walk up the stairs since we share the space with Shrikrishna B Jathar. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we handle our ceramic business. Most days are spent looking at orders or talking to people coming in about different tiles and materials. The walls are a bit old and the fans make a little noise, but it works for us. Nagpur summers get really hot, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. Being in Itwari means there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our windows. It is a very local spot. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and samples of the ceramics we deal with. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the tea stall guy downstairs. We just focus on getting the right ceramic pieces to the people who need them without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way because it's what we know.
