You can find our office at House Number 161 in Ward Number 09, which is over in the Chichpura area. That is in Saoner, a part of the Nagpur district. There is a real small-town feel here in our neighborhood. The office is just a regular building that blends in with the other houses on the street. We started Navkrut Nagpur Nidhi Limited because there was a need for something local in this part of Saoner. We do not have a massive staff or dozens of workers. It is just a few of us working out of this house every day. We spend most of our time keeping the records updated and talking to the members who live close by. It is pretty quiet in Chichpura compared to the main part of Nagpur city. We prefer it that way. People know exactly where House 161 is, so they just walk over whenever they need to ask us something. We do not really do any advertising or marketing. Most of our members are just people from our ward or the nearby streets who heard about us from their friends. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We handle all the paperwork ourselves and make sure everything is in the right place. It is not a high-pressure environment at all. We just take things one day at a time.
