NAGPUR URBAN VIKAS NIDHI LIMITED

Nagpur Urban Vikas Nidhi Limited is based out of Plot Number 134, House Number 273. We are located inside the Manav Shakti Housing Society, which is in the Rakhunde Nagar area of Kharbi. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a commercial one, which makes it feel a bit more like home for the people who come to see us. Finding the house number can be a little tricky if you are visiting for the first time because the lanes in the housing society all look kind of similar. But once you find Plot 134, you’ll see we are right there. It is a Nidhi company, so we mostly just deal with the people who live nearby or those who have heard about us through friends in Nagpur. The office isn't very large. It’s basically just enough room for us to sit and handle the paperwork for the development work we do as a Nidhi. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small board so people know they are at the right place. Kharbi is a growing part of Nagpur, and being tucked away in Rakhunde Nagar suits us just fine. It’s quiet and we can get our work done without a lot of distractions from the main city noise. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay as long as the society lets us keep this spot for the members.
