Our place, Nagpur Tours And Travels, is right on Central Avenue Road, or C A Road as most of us call it. You’ll find us near the Shani Mandir, which is a good landmark if you're not from this part of town. C A Road is always humming with people and traffic at all hours. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time now. People come in asking about bus timings or how to get to places outside Nagpur. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. The shop isn't huge, but it gets the job done for us. We aren't trying to be some big corporate agency; we're just local guys helping people get from one place to another. Sometimes the tea arrives late and the ceiling fans are a bit noisy, but we keep working through it. Planning a trip shouldn't be a big production, so we just give the facts and book the seats. Being near the temple means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. It’s a busy life on C A Road. We handle a lot of different requests every day. Some people want a quick trip, others are planning for a family wedding. We just sit down, look at the options, and sort it out. It's practical work. We stay open late most days because that's when people finish work and have time to stop by.
