Our place is located at Plot 34 in the Ambazari Layout. We are right on the main road, which is actually North Ambazari Road here in Nagpur. A good way to find us is to look for Ghate Restaurant, as we are very close to it. The smell of their food often drifts into our office around lunchtime. We work on job services, helping people in the city find employment. It is a straightforward business that we run from this small office. We have a few desks set up and some old filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right. We see a wide variety of people coming through our door, from young kids fresh out of school to older people looking to change their careers. It is interesting to hear all the different things people want to do. We don't have any big corporate systems, just our own way of keeping track of who needs what. The 440010 area is a nice part of town with a lot of trees around. We usually keep the door open a crack to let some air in unless it is too dusty outside. Most of our day is spent reading through applications and talking to local business owners on the phone. We just try to keep things moving and help out where we can.
