We’ve been here in Nagpur for a good bit now, right near the 440016 area. It's mostly just about getting the infrastructure stuff sorted and keeping the energy side of things running without too much fuss. Being a local business means we see the changes in the city first-hand. Sometimes the roads are a mess, sometimes they aren't, but we keep busy with our projects. It isn't always glamorous work. Most days it’s just looking at site plans or dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with infrastructure. We aren't a huge office with fancy lobbies. It’s just us doing the job we set out to do. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. The weather in Maharashtra gets pretty hot, which makes site visits a bit of a chore in the summer, but we manage. We’ve seen the town grow quite a lot over the years. We just try to stay steady and keep things moving along. Nothing too complicated about it. We have a few teams out there working on different bits and pieces of the local grid or building sites. It keeps us on our toes. We like it that way. Just a local outfit trying to make things work in the energy sector without making a big scene about it. We have been in the same spot for years now and the neighbors know us by name. It is just everyday work for us.
