Murli Industries Ltd. (Cement Unit) Chandrapur

This part of Murli Industries Ltd. works through the cement unit in Chandrapur, but our daily base is actually handled through the mechanical manager’s setup. We’re located over at Shree Cement Ltd in Beawar, which might seem a bit confusing to some, but it’s just how the coordination for the machinery works. My name is on the mail usually because I’m the one handling the mechanical side of things for the unit. We don’t have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Most of the time, I’m looking at technical drawings or talking to the team about repairs and maintenance schedules. It’s a job that involves a lot of practical troubleshooting. If something stops working at the plant, we have to figure it out fast. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk here because it doesn't help get the machines running. It’s mostly about tools, parts, and making sure the production doesn't stall. We spend our days dealing with the nuts and bolts of the cement business, literally. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes the hours are long, but we just get through it. We handle the paperwork for the mechanical department and make sure all the technical stuff for the Chandrapur unit is in order. It’s a straightforward way of working, focusing purely on the mechanics and making sure everything stays in good shape for the company.
