Our office is tucked away in the Damodar Apartments on Mata Mandir Road. We are in Flat 302 on Plot 51. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. Murli Industries Limited has been operating from this Nagpur location for a while. The 440010 area is pretty decent, and being on Mata Mandir Road means we have plenty of small shops nearby for tea and snacks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate lobby. It’s just a flat converted into a workspace where we manage our accounts and industrial planning. Sometimes the elevator in Damodar Apartments is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. The rooms are filled with desks and cabinets for our paperwork. We mostly handle the administrative side of the company here. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the main road to be accessible. We aren’t a fancy outfit. We just come in at nine, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most people who visit us are surprised at how low-key we are, but that’s just how we like to run things. It keeps the focus on the actual tasks instead of on appearances. We keep our paperwork organized and make sure the bills get paid on time every month.
