We are based in Nagpur, specifically at 81 Vivekanand Nagar on Wardha Road. The office is in a pretty central spot, which makes it easier to get out to the different sites we are managing. We’ve been around the block a few times and seen how much the construction scene has changed over the years. It’s a lot of work, often involving long hours and plenty of phone calls to suppliers. We don't really bother with flashy advertising or trying to sound like a huge corporate machine. We are just a group of people who know the technical side of building things. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur makes the work sites tough to deal with, but we’ve got a crew that’s used to it. We handle a lot of the planning and back-end stuff from our Vivekanand Nagar location. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and blueprints, really. We try to keep things organized, even when the job site is a bit of a mess. It’s just the nature of the work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to build things that last and keep the projects moving along. Every day brings a new set of challenges, whether it’s a delay in materials or just the usual local red tape. We just deal with it and move on to the next thing. It keeps our hands busy and our minds occupied.
