We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people; we just treat everyone fairly and speak plainly. Whether it's a small repair or a large structural installation, we handle it from this little corner of Fairlands. It’s been our base for a while now, and we’re quite settled in, just doing the work day by day and making sure the rail structures are solid and the paperwork is sorted out properly.
