We’ve been doing construction stuff here in Nagpur for a good while now. Our office is tucked away in 9/3, Kadambari Apartments over in Ujwal Nagar. It's right off Wardha Road, so it’s easy enough for people to find us if they need to talk about a project or drop off some paperwork. Being a local crew, we just deal with what comes our way. The construction business is usually just a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes things go smooth and sometimes there's a delay, that's just how it goes with building things. We keep our gear and files here in the apartment office. It’s not a big fancy corporate building, just a practical space where we sit down and look at plans. People around Nagpur know Wardha Road is always busy, so we try to get our work done without getting stuck in too much traffic. We don't have some big fancy speech about what we do. We just get the jobs, hire the workers, and try to finish the structures. It keeps us busy most days. If you’re around Ujwal Nagar, you’ll see our sign or maybe just see us coming and going from the flat. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork, talk to the clients, and keep the sites moving. That’s really all there is to V.D. Construction. Just a local outfit trying to stay on schedule.
