We are tucked away in the S.E.C Railway Colony in Motibagh. Our address is Quarter No. E-145/1, which is right in the Balishop area. If you know where the Shiv Mandir is, you can find us pretty easily because we are right near there. Being in a railway colony gives the place a specific kind of feel, a bit different from the usual commercial blocks in the city. M/S Indo Unique Flame Ltd. handles its daily business from this spot. It’s a practical setup, basically a space that works for what we need. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed because of the residential surroundings, but we stay busy with the work. We deal with various flame and industrial-related tasks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The trains passing nearby are just background noise to us now. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have basic furniture and enough room to get the job done. Sometimes people from the colony stop by just to say hello, which is nice. We don’t have any big marketing team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure the contracts and orders are handled correctly. The temple nearby usually has some activity going on, so there is always a bit of life around the corner. We like the location because it feels more like a community than a cold business district.
