M/S Ind Synergy Limited

M/S Ind Synergy Limited is located at Plot No. 16 in Vivekanand Nagar. We are right off Wardha Road in Nagpur. It is a pretty convenient spot because Wardha Road is one of the main ways to get around the city. The office is a basic building on the plot. It doesn't look like much from the outside, just a regular gate and some trees. Inside, we have a few rooms where the staff works on the synergy projects. We have been here at Plot 16 for some time now, so the neighbors all know us. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so we usually have the coolers going in the summer months. The office is full of paper, mostly ledgers and site reports that have been piling up. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts. It’s just rooms with doors and old wooden desks. We usually have tea delivered from the shop at the corner of the lane. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we stay busy enough with the workload. People come and go throughout the day, mostly staff or people dropping off deliveries. Wardha Road is always loud, but once you turn into Vivekanand Nagar, it settles down a bit. We just keep things moving one day at a time without any fancy corporate talk or complicated systems. It’s just us doing the work, making sure everything is recorded and filed correctly before we head out.
